We configure accounting systems so your finance team can issue Arabic tax invoices, send Arabic statements of account and produce Arabic reports for owners, banks and reviewers.
Arabic accounting software in the UAE is mainly about output: Arabic tax invoices, credit notes, statements of account, receipts and financial statements generated from print templates. Templates must handle right-to-left layout, embedded Arabic fonts in PDFs, Arabic item and account names, and amounts in Arabic words. The template can be chosen per customer, so government clients receive Arabic and export clients English.
For most finance teams, Arabic accounting software UAE buyers are not asking for an Arabic menu. They need the documents that leave the finance department to be correct in Arabic: tax invoices to government and semi-government customers, credit notes, customer statements of account, payment receipts and the profit and loss or balance sheet an Emirati owner or board reviews.
These documents are generated from print templates. Each template pulls the company name, TRN, customer details, item descriptions, VAT amounts and totals from the ledger, then lays them out on the page. Producing a clean Arabic version means the template must handle right-to-left text, Arabic fonts that embed correctly in PDFs, Arabic item and account names, and amounts written out in Arabic words where your customers expect them.
This page covers Arabic finance output. For an Arabic interface for staff, see Arabic ERP software. For VAT return work itself, see ERP for VAT compliance.

The points below describe how the system is configured to support UAE requirements. They are not tax advice; confirm document language and content rules with your tax advisor.
UAE VAT law prescribes what a tax invoice must contain, including the words Tax Invoice, the supplier's TRN, date, description of goods or services, VAT rate and VAT amount in AED. Arabic templates must carry every prescribed field, not just translate the headings.
The FTA may request records or translations in Arabic. Keeping Arabic descriptions on key documents can reduce translation work if a review happens, but ask your tax advisor what your business actually needs.
VAT records generally need to be kept for at least five years, with longer periods for some real estate records. Arabic PDFs stored against each transaction help keep the document trail together.
Financial statements prepared for corporate tax purposes may be shared with Arabic-speaking owners, banks or reviewers. Arabic account names on the chart of accounts make those reports usable without manual re-typing.
Under the coming PINT AE e-invoicing model the structured data file, not the PDF, becomes the legal exchange. Arabic PDFs remain useful for people, so templates should be kept consistent with the data sent through your ASP. Check the latest Ministry of Finance and FTA guidance.

Go through each item with your accountant before approving the templates.

Ask an ExpertLanguage rules for tax invoices should be confirmed with your tax advisor, as practice and guidance can change. Many businesses issue English invoices and keep the ability to produce Arabic documents or translations when requested. We configure whichever approach your advisor recommends.
Yes. Most platforms choose the template or language based on the customer record. Government customers can receive Arabic tax invoices while export customers receive English, all from the same ledger.
Only if the template uses an Arabic font that is embedded in the PDF and the layout is set for right to left. Broken or disconnected Arabic letters are the most common problem we fix in existing systems.
Yes. Add an Arabic name to each account in the chart of accounts, then build the profit and loss, balance sheet and trial balance layouts to show it. This works best when the chart of accounts is cleaned up first.
Yes. We often take over systems where Arabic templates were half done. We review the templates, fix fonts and missing tax fields, and bulk load Arabic master data.
We never claim that. The FTA keeps a Tax Accounting Software Register, so check the FTA's current register for the specific product. Our work covers configuration of tax invoices, VAT return mapping, the FTA Audit File and audit trail.
